Self-Efficacy, School Culture, and Teaching Anxiety as Predictors of Science Teachers’ Job Satisfaction

In this research, we study the relationship of science teachers’ job satisfaction with teacher self-efficacy, teaching anxiety toward and school culture. The sample consists 185 teachers working in public schools.
