Self-Efficacy, School Culture, and Teaching Anxiety as Predictors of Science Teachers’ Job Satisfaction

In this research, we study the relationship of science teachers’ job satisfaction with teacher self-efficacy, teaching anxiety toward and school culture. The sample consists 185 teachers working in public schools. We obtain data by using “The Teacher Self Efficacy Scale”, School Culture “Science Teaching Self-Efficacy Anxiety Science Scale” “Job Satisfaction Scale”. results current research showed that was directly positively correlated their self-efficacy However, no had a direct significant satisfaction. addition, structural model indicated culture strong predictor result multiple regression analysis these independent variables explain 40% variance These shown positive culture, play an important role order to provide affective support necessary for
